1. Eligibility
To register, you must be able to form a binding agreement and meet the age and eligibility requirements of the relevant division. Teams and players must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Registration & Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your registration information up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration that is incomplete, inaccurate, or breaches these Terms.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Compete fairly and respect officials, opponents, staff, and supporters.
- Follow the published competition rules and match-day regulations.
- Refrain from discriminatory, violent, or unsporting behaviour.
Breaches may result in warnings, point deductions, suspension, or removal from the competition.
4. Competition Rules
Fixtures, scoring, standings, and disciplinary decisions are administered by KCL. Where these Terms and the official competition rules differ on a sporting matter, the competition rules apply.
5. Intellectual Property
The KCL name, logo, and all website content are owned by Kurom Champions League and may not be used without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The website and competition are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KCL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or participation in the league.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
